Carolina’s Restaurant, with a charming and inviting atmosphere serves up some of the best southern cuisine in the Capital City.  Our restaurant is among the favorites for locals and travels alike. Start your day off with our amazing breakfast buffet, which includes both hot and cold items. We also offer a breakfast menu.  Made famous by our lunch buffet, Carolina’s offers a fresh pasta station, a salad bar, a carving station, and a vast array of hot buffet items that change daily.  Can’t make it for lunch why not try out our A la Carte menu for dinner. If that not enough for dinner, Carolina’s also offers a BBQ Buffet Wednesday through Saturday nights.  No one does Sunday Brunch like Carolina’s does. Our Brunch Buffet includes, an omelet, waffle, and carving station, fresh seafood, salad bar, and dessert bar, as well as a hot buffet that changes weekly.

Whether you are looking to unwind after a long hard day, enjoy a nightcap after being out-on-the town or simply wanting a drink and appetizer, Carolina’s Lounge offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere to meet co-workers and friends or just to watch the big game. Our lounge offers top-shelf premium liquors, imported, domestic and micro-brewed beers or your favorite glass of wine from our extensive wine list.

Stop by to enjoy “Happy Hour” drink specials Monday through Saturday and complimentary hors d’oeuvres Monday through Thursday.  Carolina’s Lounge opens at 5:00pm.
